Grunting is a common thing for deer to do your also more likely to here this than other deer vocalizations(even though the clicking is much louder buscs only do that and when there breeding a doe so your chances of hearing a click is on what time of the rut it is.)Grunting is done by the bucks and sometimes the does .During the early season you should spread out the grunts not so close together. So a deer might hear it and come over to investigate what deer are in the area.During the rut you should grunt much more aggressive and closer together.Acting like a buck chasing a doe(if you have a in-hale,ex-hale set one end on doe and one on buck imitating a buck chasing a doe)breath in and out making the sound of both the buck and doe.The post rut is time to call like the pre rut just take it easy and maybe they'll here you and take a look.
Bleeting is done by does and fawns it is a medium pitch sound(to be honest I don't know what it is for)
Clicking is done by the bucks while with a doe in rut.I've heard this many times before I knew what it was.Now I hear it during the rut often.Just simply say tah, tah, tah, tah, tah, tah, tah in the call to get the sound you want.Do this call during the late pre-rut and rut.
